Dear SESO Community:
As you may already know one of our teachers, Mrs. Rose Saavedra had to have brain surgery on January 17, 2012. We are very happy to inform that the surgery went well and she is now on a long but positive road towards recovery. However we are appealing to your generosity to assist Mrs. Saavedra’s family with the cost of the intervention which is considerable. For this purpose we have opened a “Pro Fondos” account in the Banco Popular. If you, or someone you know wishes to make a donation the account number is: 206-36143-5 Pro Fondos Rose Saavedra.

The sign up sheets for the Parent/Teacher Meetings on February 10th have been put up at the school’s main lobby for teachers from grades 1-12. the sign up sheets for PK and K are available at the preschool building. Remember that there will be no classes on February 10th due to the parent/teacher meetings. Mrs. Elsie Vázquez, Mrs Mariam Quintana and Mrs. Delmarie Irizarry (3rd Grade Teachers) and Mir. Josué Rodríguez (8th grade Geography, 10th grade US History, 9-1 & 9-2 World History I) will not be available for meetings on Feb. 10th. If you need to meet with any of these teachers please contact the main office to make an appointment for an earlier or later date
